1. Overview

This website is operated by Arvydas Padreza, trading as ASTREAL, a business name registered in Ireland under Registered Business Name Number 791707.

Throughout these Terms, “ASTREAL”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the website operator. By visiting astrealstudio.com, purchasing a product or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms before using the website or placing an order. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the website or purchase from ASTREAL.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

2. Online store

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display and sell our products.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a valid reason, including suspected fraud, an unavailable product, an obvious pricing or listing error, an unsupported delivery address or a payment authorisation failure. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.

3. Products

ASTREAL sells made-to-order apparel, posters and related products.

We aim to display product colours, artwork, dimensions and other details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on a customer’s screen or device.

Because products are manufactured and printed individually, minor variations in colour, positioning, scale or finish may occur. These variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Product availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.

4. Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and size guide before ordering.

Selecting an incorrect size does not make a product faulty. However, this does not limit any legal rights that may apply or your rights where the product received does not match the size ordered or the measurements materially differ from the information provided.

5. Prices, taxes and charges

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website or determined by your location. The final currency, product price, shipping charge, applicable taxes and order total will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Where customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges apply and are not collected at checkout, they may be charged separately by the destination country or carrier. Any such possibility will be communicated through our Shipping Policy or checkout information where applicable.

Promotional prices and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order.

6. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. Orders remain subject to successful payment authorisation, product availability, delivery availability and our fraud-prevention checks.

Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. ASTREAL does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Please check your products, sizes, delivery address and contact details carefully before confirming payment.

7. Production and order changes

Most ASTREAL products are produced only after an order is placed.

Requests to cancel an order, change a size, change a product or update a delivery address should be submitted as quickly as possible to support@astrealstudio.com.

We will try to accommodate a request before production begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipment preparation.

Nothing in this section limits a cancellation, refund, replacement or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

8. Shipping and delivery

ASTREAL currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Production and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occur because of production capacity, product availability, carriers, customs, weather, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes an order to be returned, delayed or lost, additional shipping or replacement charges may apply where legally permitted.

9. Returns, refunds and faulty products

Returns, refunds, replacements and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or materially different from the order, contact support@astrealstudio.com as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the product and issue

We may request reasonable evidence to assess the problem. Where a remedy is legally required, it will be provided without improperly limiting your statutory rights.

Products that are faulty, not as described or not fit for their intended purpose may qualify for a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy under applicable consumer law.

10. Intellectual property

All artwork, product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, text, layouts and other original content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to ASTREAL unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design or associated intellectual-property rights.

11. Reviews and user submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant ASTREAL permission to display and reproduce submitted reviews or customer photographs for store, support and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy law and any permissions presented when the content is collected.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringes another person’s rights or is unrelated to the product or service being reviewed.

12. Website use

You must not:

• Use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security

• Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology

• Scrape, copy or extract website content for unauthorised commercial use

• Infringe ASTREAL’s or another party’s intellectual-property rights

• Submit false, misleading, abusive or harmful content

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or our rights.

ASTREAL uses third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfilment providers and delivery carriers, to operate the store and complete orders.

Your purchase contract remains with ASTREAL. Our use of third-party providers does not remove any responsibilities ASTREAL has under applicable consumer law.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of websites we do not control.

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

15. Website availability and errors

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free, but this does not limit obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

Subject to applicable law, ASTREAL is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or for losses caused entirely by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you purchase primarily for commercial or business purposes, ASTREAL is not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption except where applicable law provides otherwise.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

If such an event significantly affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the delay and communicate with the customer where appropriate. Any right to cancel because of a serious or extended delay remains subject to applicable consumer law.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, website, products, providers or legal obligations.

The version that applied when an order was placed will normally govern that order. Updated Terms will apply to future website use and purchases from the date they are published.

19. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory protections available to you under the laws of your country or region.
